The following are actual examples of results achieved in court.  These limited examples may be a-typical results, and are not predictions on your case.  Every case is different, not all clients have outstanding results.

Problem: Client with warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor drug possession charge.  Warrant outstanding for more than 1 year. Client out of the country. 

Result: Warrant recalled within days.  Case ultimately completed dismissed, including failure to appear charge.  Client did not have to pay any fines, did not have to do jail time, and did not have to appear in court at all. (Santa Clara County January 2011)

Problem: Client missed court date on theft case, public defender would not cover appearance for client.  Judge revoked bail bond, issued $25,000 arrest warrant. 
Result: Warrant recalled and bail reinstated one business day after Attorney Dort was hired. Client did not have to post more bail or do jail time for warrant.  (05/2010 Placer County)

Problem: Client with 2 year old arrest warrant for probation violations on DUI case (failure to complete AB548 classes).  Prior probation violation admitted.  Probation revoked. Police came to client's house trying to find client.
Result: Warrant recalled and probation reinstated within 3 days of hiring Attorney Dort.  Client did not have to post bail, or do jail time.  Judge gave client new deadline to complete classes. (4/2010 San Mateo County)
