Attorney Dort represented class action plaintiffs in a complex consumer fraud case involving allegations that a popular bike lock could be opened by a disposable pen.  The case spanned into multiple states, and federal court as settlements in multiple jurisdictions were litigated.

Unanimous Defense Verdict in civil construction negligence jury trial where claimed damages were result of bizarre summer rain storm that ruined a maritime artifact gallery and vet hospital.

Attorney Christopher Dort won civil rights & racial discrimination case brought against American Airlines in Federal Court by Summary Judgment.

Simmons v. American Airlines (N.D. Cal. No. C-01-1074 JCS (N.D. Cal. Jan. 23, 2002)
Attorney Dort was accused of slander in a Federal Court Civil Rights Lawsuit during the course of defending American Airlines. Court ruled in Dort's favor.

Woodlands Protection Group v. PG&E (Santa Cruz County Superior Court)
Attorney Dort represented numerous property owners in a civil action to stop the public utility from cutting down rare and valuable coastal redwood trees in Santa Cruz County.  The case result in multiple court orders stopping the destruction of the redwood forest.
